Hasbro (HAS) Shareholder Investigation

April 13, 2026

Shamis & Gentile, P.A. is investigating potential shareholder claims on behalf of Hasbro, Inc. (“Hasbro” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HAS) against certain of its directors and officers for alleged breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law. Concerned shareholders are advised to contact the firm now.

The investigation follows the filing of a class action complaint against Hasbro, which alleges that the Company’s directors and officers made materially false and/or misleading statements and omitted material facts about inventory management, demand forecasting, and financial guidance. The complaint contends that Hasbro’s management failed to disclose that the Company had significantly over-purchased inventory that exceeded consumer demand, while continuing to assure investors that inventory was “high quality” and appropriately sized. As a result, Hasbro allegedly accumulated excess stock across key retail channels, leading to write-downs, obsolescence charges, and reduced financial guidance.

On October 26, 2023, Hasbro announced its third-quarter 2023 financial results, reporting an 18% year-over-year decline in Consumer Products revenue and lowering full-year guidance to a 13% to 15% decline from prior expectations of a 3% to 6% decrease.

Following these disclosures, shares fell 11.7%, from $54.75 to $48.37, resulting in a significant loss of market capitalization.

If you have held Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) since at least February 2022, you may be able to seek corporate reforms, the return of funds back to the Company, and a court-approved incentive award for you, all at absolutely no cost.
