Rezolve AI plc Securities Fraud Investigation
April 13, 2026
Shamis & Gentile, P.A. is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Rezolve AI plc ("Rezolve AI" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: RZLV). Impacted investors are advised to contact the firm now.
The investigation focuses on whether Rezolve AI made false or misleading statements and/or omitted material information regarding the true nature of its artificial intelligence technology, revenue growth, and business partnerships. On September 29, 2025, Fuzzy Panda Research published a report alleging that Rezolve AI overstated its proprietary AI capabilities, revenue performance, and partnerships with major technology companies.
The report claimed that Rezolve AI’s 2024 revenue was less than $190,000, primarily from soccer ticket sales rather than AI products. It also alleged that the company’s ARR projections were inflated through acquisitions such as ViSenze rather than organic sales. The report further questioned whether Rezolve AI’s promoted partnerships with Microsoft and Google were substantive collaborations or merely limited paid arrangements. The Company’s projection that it would exceed $100 million in ARR by year-end 2025 was also scrutinized.
On this news, Rezolve AI’s stock price fell $0.71 per share, or 11.9%, to close at $5.24 on September 29, 2025, compared with $5.95 on September 26, 2025. Shares declined further to $4.98 on September 30, 2025.
