SelectQuote Inc Securities Fraud Investigation

April 13, 2026

Shamis & Gentile, P.A. is investigating potential shareholder claims on behalf of SelectQuote, Inc. (“SelectQuote” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SLQT) involving possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law by certain current and former directors and officers. Concerned shareholders are advised to contact the firm now.

On May 1, 2025, the U.S. Department of Justice unsealed a False Claims Act complaint naming SelectQuote among several brokers accused of accepting improper payments from major insurers to steer customers toward specific Medicare Advantage plans. The complaint states that SelectQuote received “marketing” funds from insurers such as Aetna that were tied to sales performance goals and used to suppress competing plans on its online platform. During the period in question, SelectQuote’s public filings allegedly did not reference any DOJ, SEC, or HHS/OIG inquiries into its Medicare Advantage business, instead relying on broad legal-risk statements. The law firm is investigating whether the absence of specific disclosures, combined with the Company’s prior positive statements about compliance and business integrity, indicates weaknesses in board oversight or internal controls.

Following the DOJ’s announcement, SelectQuote’s stock fell nearly 20%, from $3.17 on April 30 to $2.56 on May 1, 2025, causing significant harm to investors and the Company.

If you have held SelectQuote (SLQT) shares since at least May 2020, you may be able to seek corporate reforms, the return of funds back to the Company, and a court-approved incentive award for you, all at absolutely no cost.
