Leanna Loginov is a Partner with Shamis & Gentile, P.A., where she specializes in large consumer class actions involving complex insurance disputes, deceptive and unfair trade practices, and data privacy. Leanna’s practice primarily focuses on protecting individuals impacted by data breaches by ensuring their highly sensitive personal and health-related information is safeguarded.  

Leanna represents clients in federal and state courts across the nation.Before joining the Firm, Leanna worked at Wolf Popper LLP in New York, where she handled various types of securities litigation. Leanna is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of New York, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the Northern District of Texas, and the District Court for New Jersey.Leanna is from Brooklyn, New York. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from St. John’s University, where she focused primarily on Legal Studies.

Leanna then earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts. While attending law school, Leanna gained valuable experience by clerking at various prominent litigation firms in New York City.When not practicing law, Leanna is a mother to two boys and a self-proclaimed foodie. Leanna is fluent in Russian and English.
